Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Tease is a service for creators and agencies: Tease Link (link pages, domains, traffic routing, stats), and Tease Club and Tease Pro (working with platform accounts, a team and revenue). Below, "Tease", "we" and "the service". You are "the user".

2. Age and eligibility

Only adults may use the service: 18 or older, or older still if your country sets a higher age of majority. By signing up you confirm your age.

If you act for an agency or a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Your account

You sign in with Telegram, Google, a passkey or an email and password. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the access you give members of your team.

Keep your sign-in methods safe. If you suspect someone else has access, tell us right away.

4. What the service provides

We provide tools: pages and domains, escape from in-app browsers, bot filtering, routing by country, device and time, stats, and on paid plans work with platform accounts and a team.

We keep building the service: features can change, arrive and go. We give notice ahead of noticeable changes to paid features.

We do not promise any amount of traffic, subscribers or income, and we do not control the decisions of other platforms (Instagram, TikTok, OnlyFans, Telegram and others): they may limit a link, an account or content under their own rules.

5. Platform rules and the law

You are responsible for making sure your content, links and promotion comply with the laws of your country and the rules of the platforms where you post your link or sell content. How you set up the service is your choice and your responsibility.

6. Your content

Everything you upload (photos, videos, text, links) stays yours. You give us a non-exclusive right to store, process and show it, only as far as running the service needs, for as long as you use it.

You confirm that you hold the rights to all of it, that every person in it is 18 or older, and that each of them has agreed to its publication.

7. What is not allowed

You may not use Tease for:

• any material involving minors or people who look like minors, with no exceptions; we report such cases to the authorities;
• content made or shared without the consent of the people in it, hidden recordings, leaks of other people’s content and revenge;
• pretending to be someone else, or using another person’s photos, name or brand without permission;
• fraud, phishing, malware, spam or misleading buyers;
• human trafficking, illegal sexual services, weapons, drugs and other illegal goods and services;
• calls to violence, harassment and hate;
• infringing other people’s copyright and trademarks;
• attempts to break into the service, get around its limits, overload it or reach other people’s data.

8. Complaints and copyright

If a page on Tease breaks the law or your rights, write to [email protected] with the page address, what is wrong and how to reach you. For a copyright notice (including under the DMCA), add which work you own and confirm you act as the rights holder or on their behalf.

We review every notice and may hide content or suspend a page. The user can answer a notice at the same address.

9. Plans and payment

There is a free plan and paid ones (Tease Club, Tease Pro). Prices, limits and any trial are shown in the panel when you pick a plan.

Paid plans are paid a month in advance through the payment provider shown at checkout. Card and wallet details are held by the provider, not by us.

You can cancel at any time: the plan stops renewing and the month you paid for stays available to its end. Money for a period that has started is not refunded, except where the law requires it.

If a plan’s price changes, we tell you at least 30 days ahead; the new price applies from the next period.

10. Suspension and deletion

We may limit or close an account and its pages if these terms or the law are broken, if authorities require it, or if the service or other users are otherwise at risk. Where we can, we warn you first and explain why.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Data. Deletion erases the linked data; you can export it there first.

11. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running without interruption, but cannot promise it never fails.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, indirect losses or the effects of other platforms’ decisions. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives consumers that a contract cannot take away.

12. You cover claims against us

If your content, your actions or your breach of these terms lead a third party or an authority to bring a claim, suit or demand against us, you cover our related losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent the law allows.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we tell you in the panel or through your account contact at least 14 days ahead. Using the service after that means you accept the new version.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes go to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), unless the law of your country lets you, as a consumer, go to a court where you live.
